Lead Generation Specialist & Sales Strategist

Your Role at a Glance:

🔹 Lead Generation Mastery

  • Identify, research, and build a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, digital tools, and CRM platforms.

  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Execute outbound strategies to engage prospects across industries.

🔹 Strategic Sales Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and pitch tailored solutions to potential clients.

  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations, demos, and follow-ups.

🔹 Market Intelligence & Conversion

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach tactics.

  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel with consistent communication and value-based selling.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 1–2  years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in IT/Tech services).
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
✔️ Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
✔️ Ability to craft compelling outreach emails, proposals, and presentations.
✔️ Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.

Bonus Points:

✨ Understanding of IT services (Web/App Development, CRM, ERP, etc.)
✨ Experience in international client acquisition
✨ Prior knowledge of sales funnels and digital lead campaigns
