Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the IT sector to lead our marketing team, drive business growth, and establish impactful brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact marketing strategies, overseeing a team, and ensuring revenue generation through strategic partnerships and digital marketing efforts.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on IT products and services to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
✔️ Lead and manage the entire marketing team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and achievement of key targets.
✔️ Generate new business opportunities by identifying and securing strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and corporate tie-ups.
✔️ Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media marketing tailored for IT solutions.
✔️ Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to drive data-backed decision-making.
✔️ Manage and track marketing performance using KPIs, analytics, and conversion metrics to optimize campaigns.
✔️ Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals.
✔️ Represent the company at tech conferences, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ 3+ years of proven experience in marketing management, specifically in the IT sector.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and motivate teams.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic partnership skills to build business collaborations.
