We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the IT sector to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology sales.
✔️ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector through networking, market research, and competitor analysis.
✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT clients, partners, and key decision-makers in businesses requiring IT solutions.
✔️ Generate leads, pitch IT services (software development, cloud solutions, web & mobile apps, ERP/CRM, cybersecurity, etc.), and negotiate business deals.
✔️ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute IT-focused business growth strategies.
✔️ Achieve and exceed revenue targets by closing high-value IT deals and expanding the client portfolio.
✔️ Conduct market research to identify trends, industry demands, and competitor strategies in the IT domain.
✔️ Represent the company at IT conferences, technology expos, networking events, and client meetings.
✔️ Prepare and present business proposals, technical sales reports, and tailored IT service presentations to clients.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business development, technology sales, or IT consulting.
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with IT clients.
✔️ Proven experience in closing deals for IT services such as SaaS, cloud solutions, web development, AI/ML services, and enterprise software.
✔️ Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation tools.
✔️ Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple IT sales cycles.
✔️ Understanding of technical IT sales processes, RFPs, and solution-based selling.
